1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the idcg8 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and idcg8 (the "Platform" or "we").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using idcg8 and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and participate in any activity on idcg8. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. idcg8 reserves the right to request official government-issued identification — such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any point to verify your age and identity.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

idcg8 is operated for and primarily targeted at players located in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of idcg8 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create an account on idcg8, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information should it change. idcg8 may refuse registration or suspend an account at any time if the information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active account on idcg8 at any given time. The creation or use of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts detected will all be suspended, accrued bonuses will be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your idcg8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. idcg8 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your idcg8 account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. idcg8 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a credible report, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the breach was caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

idcg8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your payment method — before withdrawals are processed or before certain account limits are increased. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

idcg8 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, and USDT). All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for fiat payment methods. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on idcg8 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. idcg8 accepts no liability for delays or rejections caused by payment provider limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. idcg8 does not facilitate transfers to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on the platform. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours under standard conditions; JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval, while bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• idcg8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. This may delay processing by up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawals requested via cryptocurrency are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times, typically 10–60 minutes depending on network conditions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional offers made available on idcg8 are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is presented. Where there is any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be made. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in each offer. Progress towards wagering requirements can be tracked in the player's account dashboard.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

idcg8 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: exploitation of mathematical loopholes, hedging bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, coordinated abuse across multiple accounts, and repeated claiming of offers under different identities. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, idcg8 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to permanently close the offending account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be clearly stated when the offer is received. Bonus funds not used within the stated period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. idcg8 does not offer extensions to bonus expiry periods under normal circumstances.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Finality of Results

All game outcomes on idcg8 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino games, and by real-world sporting results for sportsbook markets. Once a game round has concluded or a sporting event has been settled, the result is final. idcg8 does not reverse settled results except in cases of proven technical error on the part of the platform.

6.2 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

Sportsbook markets, including all PSL cricket betting markets, are governed by the specific sport rules published in the idcg8 Sportsbook Rules section. In cases of event postponement, abandonment, or walkover, the applicable rules for settlement will be those specific to each market type. idcg8 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlement where the integrity of an event is in question.

6.3 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, idcg8's technical records shall be the definitive reference for determining the state of play at the time of the malfunction. Where a malfunction cannot be resolved, the affected game round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. idcg8 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from network issues on the player's end.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and promotions. Where a maximum win limit is in effect for a specific game or bonus, this will be clearly displayed in that game's information page or promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum win limit in a single session may be capped at the published limit at idcg8's sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on idcg8 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players in any game mode, including poker, live dealer games, or tournaments.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Players who discover a bug are obligated to report it to [email protected] immediately; exploitation of a known bug will be treated as fraud.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of a third party, or funding your account from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Using idcg8's platform for any money laundering activity or any activity connected with proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with idcg8's platform software, games, or security measures.
• Creating or using a secondary account while a self-exclusion or suspension is in effect on your primary account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the idcg8 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of idcg8 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in idcg8's intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the idcg8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of idcg8 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

idcg8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on idcg8, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

idcg8 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by our operating obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

idcg8 is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. 11. Limitation of Liability

idcg8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

idcg8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where operationally possible.

12. Termination

idcg8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• idcg8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to applicable dormant account rules.
• Regulatory or legal requirements make continued service to the player impossible or inadvisable.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's most recently used payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding wagering requirements being settled first.

13. Amendments

idcg8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, idcg8 will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections) may be applied without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page with a clearly displayed effective date. Your continued use of idcg8 following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction under which idcg8 holds its operating authorisation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under Pakistani law.
